Q. Does the system give me employment contracts?                        
A. Yes and they can be designed specifically for your requirements.

Q. Are your consultants accredited?
A. Yes, all of our locally-based consultants are highly qualified and highly motivated people.

Q. Do I need any special equipment?
A. No, all you need is access to the web and we do the rest.

Q. Is my data secure?
A. Our systems our hosted in state of the art data warehouses, they have all the disaster recovery, firewall protection and failover required to ensure complete security and full contingency planning.  These facilities host MOD and Corporate Frameworks are designed to take away the headache of data storage and protection.

Q. What sort of access will my employees have?
A. All employees (at no extra charge) will be able to go online and view their own electronic personnel file, update or amend their own personal details, and request holidays or other time off all from their work or home computer. Additionally, they will have access to the company policies and will be kept updated automatically if anything changes.

Q. Does it cost me extra money if I take on additional employees.
A. No, at Answers HR we do not believe that you should be charged dependent on how much turnover you create or how many employees you have on the books. The cost is based on the number of persons you feel you will need to administer the system.
